All prices include applicable VAT and are displayed in Euros. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary by region. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept common online payment methods including credit/debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You are entitled to statutory warranty rights. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days. Personalized or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.

We source all products from trusted suppliers within the European Union. Full ingredient lists are available on each product’s page and packaging. Formulations may vary slightly due to batch or supplier updates.

10. Allergies and Skin Reactions

Our skincare products comply with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and performing a patch test before use. Nirali’s Small Business is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by a proven product defect.
