🧴 Hygiene Policy:
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. This applies to all skincare, body care, and hair care items.
📦 Cancelling Orders:
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or by email at info@jeeyoselfcare.com.
📮 Damaged Deliveries:
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
🧾 Refunds:
If a refund is approved (e.g. due to shipping error or damaged goods), it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
